Our varnishing set up is not just for white, many other colours are available. This allows us to remain flexible in creating perfect surfaces.
Between the overall six varnishing procedures, the single varnish layers are dried, hardened, grooves and panels are manually polished. Each door after drying is inspected and passed by a master craftsman before release.

KEEP IT LIGHT
White is an excellent pairing for warm wood effects. A white lacquered door with a veneered edge matching the floor can be equally striking.

PROBLEM SOLVED
Depending on the material, white CPL results in unattractive joints in the edge area. This is particularly noticeable with blunt doors. With the ASTRA ZULLFUGE for blunt, white doors, this problem is solved.

MODERN TREND
The white RAL 9016 appears a little cooler than the standard white RAL 9010 and thus more puristic and modern. The trend has already caught on with furniture and kitchen fronts.
Several colours
We use sustainable, water-based varnish and recycle any excess varnish. Also door edges are varnished in the same operation. Yet, manual labour is still an irreplaceable guarantor of high quality. HGM offers a large variety of lacquered doors in several colour nuances.
POPULAR CHOICE
White doors are so popular because they blend neutrally into any living area without appearing intrusive. Actually, all colors and shapes can be combined to form the color “white”. The easy-care CPL surface can be cleaned without any problems and is also forgiving of minor bumps or light scratches.
